No Poo - Woche 6

Sechs Wochen wollte ich durchhalten meine Haare nicht mehr mit Shampoo zu waschen, um zu sehen, dass sie ihr natürliches Gleichgewicht finden und nicht mehr nachfetten.
Ich habe es durchgehalten und sie nur mit Wasser gewaschen und ein wenig Apfelessig gespült. Zwischendurch waren sie so fettig, dass ich am liebsten aufgegeben hätte. Ich muss aber tatsächlich sagen, dass dann auch eine Phase kam, wo sie wirklich kaum noch nachfetteten.
Dennoch habe ich das Gefühl, dass auch nach 6 Wochen meine Kopfhaut noch nicht so richtig ihre Balance gefunden hat. Vielleicht liegt es am 30-Jahre-Shampoo-Waschen, vielleicht auch einfach an meiner von Natur aus eher fettigen Haut. Ich weiß es nicht. Ich möchte aber gern das Experiment noch ein wenig weiter führen und kein Shampoo benutzen, um zu sehen, wie es sich entwickelt. Gelegentlich werde ich mal darüber berichten, aber jede Woche wird nun auch ein bisschen öde ;)

No Poo - Week 6

I've pushed tghrough and didn't wash my hair with shampoo for 6 weeks to see if my scalp finds it natural balance and my hair won't get greasy anymore.

I washed it several times with water and rinsed with a bit of apple cider vinegar. At some point my hair was so oily I wanted to give up bur there also was a point wherer I was really satisfied because my hair looked great.

All in all I still don't have the feeling that my scalp and hair found their natural balance. Maybe it's because I used shampoo for 30 years of maybe because I naturally have an oily skin. I don't know. But I want to experiment further on this topic and continue not using shampoo to see how it all dissolves. Ocasionally I will let you know how it goes, but you rather just try it yourself! :)
