Wenn ihr - so wie ich - in dieser ungemütlichen Winterzeit mit einer Schniefnase zu kämpfen habt, dann habt ihr bestimmt auch die Taschentücher immer griffbereit.

Aber einmal benutzt und weggeworfen? Das ist natürlich keine Option!

Wie haben wir das nochmal früher gemacht?

Ach jaaaaaa, die guten Stofftaschentücher!

Schon mal drüber nachgedacht, dass jemand die Papiertaschentücher nur erfunden hat, um an erkälteten Menschen Geld zu verdienen?

Aber da wollen wir uns jetzt nicht festbeißen...

Ich habe jedenfalls aus alten Stoffresten neue Taschentücher gemacht. Die sehen hübsch aus, sind gut für Portemonnaie und Nase und wenn sie dreckig sind, gehen sie in die Wäsche und werden wieder benutzt!

Unbedingt ausprobieren!

Using and throwing away looooots of paper tissues?

Think about the good old days, when we had real tissues out of cloth!

When did we ever start using paper tissues in the first place? And why?

Because somebody invented them to make money out of sick people..?!

Well, anyway.... I recently made my own tissues out of old cotton rags and they work perfectly fine. They are much better for the environment, definitely better for your purse (no buying paper tissues anymore;) ) and even feel better on your nose. And when they are used, I throw them into the washing machine and use them again :)

Give them a try! You'll never go back to paper tissues!
